A graded audit will include:
1) a grade based on HotelCheck standards
2) expiration date based on the audit date and the expiration date based on the grade obtained
3) all the questions and answers audited with a grade per subsection (ie. Fire safety, pool safety,..)
A not graded audit will include:
1) all the questions and answers audited
A shared audit ( graded or not graded ) implies that the results of it (graded or not graded) will be available for others at the Shared Audits Bank
A not shared audit ( graded or not graded ) implies that the results of it (graded or not graded) will be available for you only and it will not be shared with others at the Shared Audits Bank
There are 4 different grades:

Our questionnaire has circa 110 questions. There are 2 different types of questions: a) information questions b) scoring questions.
The scoring questions have a score to be assigned depending on the answer given and risk associated to it. The risk can be categorised as : very high risk, high risk, medium and low.
The addition of the scores obtained in the whole questionnaire will define the final grade (A-B-C-D)
No, there are 4 different types of questions: very high risk, high risk, medium risk, and low risk. Each of the risk types has a different score. The higher the risk, the higher the score / penalty.
The below are the very high risk questions. By failing any of them, the audit, if graded, it gets instantly a grade D:
1. Not complying with all legislation to which your company is subject to
2. Not having a valid Public Liability Insurance which satisfies the minimum levels required by law
3. Depending on the building type, the number of staircases (main and emergency) that can be used in an emergency (ie. 1 in a 5 floors building)
4. Not having a central automatic fire alarm system
5. Having gas water heaters/boilers located inside the room or with direct access from / within the room
6. Having gas water heaters/boilers located outside the room

You can choose 2 different ways to pay when doing your order:

2. Pay at month end when you´ll receive an invoice with the "AUDITED NOT PAID" hotels generated in the month.
You´ll be able to see the audit questionnaire, grade and expire date at any time when the hotel becomes "AUDITED NOT PAID".
You will have 2 different ways:
1. You will have access online to HotelCheck at any time to see the status of your hotels. When they will be AUDITED NOT PAID you will be able to click on them, pay online and see the results inmediatelly. Note that when registering as a client you will have to choose between paying audits individually once completed or paying once per month at month end. The above refers to audit by audit payment method. If you choose paying at month end, the audits completed (AUDITED NOT PAID status) will be always visible.
2. When doing your order you will have the chance to select if you wish to receive an email every Friday updating you on the new audits completed and pending to be paid

You will need to fill out a questionnaire describing your needs and we will contact you to develop your specific questionnaire.
Each questionnaire will cost € 2,000 with a single language.
Each added language will have the same cost.
From now on you can use this personalized questionnaire when placing new orders.
You can order as many customized self assessment questionnaires as you wish. The cost of the a customized questionnaire will be 2.000€ per language.
You will be able to choose which questionnaire do you wish to use at any time.
If you use the HotelCheck questionnaire, it will only be done in the language you decide when ordering.
The additional languages for the same personalized questionnaire will be treated as a second questionnaire and will be charged at a cost of 2.000€ as if it were another questionnaire.
If you use your own personalized questionnaire, you can choose the languages you need at a cost per language of 2.000€.
The difference is that the self-assessment audit is performed by the hotel directly and once the evidence on the responses provided is reviewed by the auditor, a final note is issued. Physical audits are done on-site so that the auditor's ability to obtain evidence is greater. This has a direct impact on the cost of the audit.

Risk Management Solutions Europe SL shall maintain an insurance policy with an insurance company (of satisfactory repute) sufficient to cover their liabilities and such policy shall cover Public Liability, Employers Liability, and Professional Indemnity insurance.
The liability of Risk Management Solutions Europe SL to their clients, other than for death or personal injury caused by Risk Management Solutions Europe SL (or by their respective Consultants in their performance of the Services) shall not exceed 150.000 euros per incident.
